"Toradol is a wonder drug," says former All-Pro safety Darren Sharper, who retired last year after 14 NFL seasons. "You get a shot in the butt, and within 10 minutes nothing hurts. And that feeling lasts the entire day."

Former NFL center Jeremy Newberry said he would sometimes see 20 or 30 players lined up before a game to get a shot of the drug.

Newberry said Toradol "makes you feel like Superman for three hours," but the 35-year-old now is suffering from Stage 3 kidney failure that doctors attribute to Toradol.

Former NFL quarterback Chris Simms;[it's] basically a super strong pain killer that makes your body numb. You could go run through the wall and you wouldn't really know it until two or three days later.

Former NFL star Torry Holt said he only took Toradol a handful of times throughout his 12-season NFL career. His first use came on the afternoon of the Super Bowl in 2000.

Holt was a rookie with the Rams and had separated the acromioclavicular (AC) joint in his right shoulder during St. Louis' NFC Championship Game win. It was the kind of injury, coupled with bruised ribs, that caused pain so severe that Holt admitted he would have considered sitting out several regular-season games.

But the Super Bowl? With little hesitance, Holt asked for and received a Toradol shot.

"I felt like new money," Holt said. "You get that shot and you feel like you're 18, 19 years old. It's like a sheet of armor. I was a new man."

Holt also said "When you get that Toradol shot, you feel like you have a whole new body on you."

"If we had wanted to, we could have done the injection at the hotel before the fight and nobody would have known" - Michael Koncz

He says this so casually as if they've done it before.

Imagine going into a fight 100% healthy (according to Arum and two doctors) and receiving a shot that makes you feel indestructible. Isn't this ...cheating... If I'm a former Pacquiao opponent I'm alarmed right now. I wonder why Thomas Hauser hasn't written an article about this.
Truth, quotes on top of quotes and nothing but truth means it'll get overlooked on here

Didn't Crystina Poncher, Top Rank's correspondent, basically said Manny is full of ***** and that she can't see rematch playing out differently?

I'm a very big Floyd fan, have been since DeMarcus Corley. I was one of the few of my boxing friends that knew Floyd would just outbox Manny.

I firmly believe that the Manny Pacquiao that showed up against Erik Morales in their third fight would have stopped Floyd Mayweather. That was right after what I saw as the beginning of Floyd's overall style change from a lightning fast precision puncher with tight defense to a heavy defensive fighter with pot shot accuracy.

Problem there was that Floyd had already moved up in weight by that time, but the Judah fight showed some of Floyd's vulnerabilities back then, and I feel Manny was in a much better position to exploit them if they had fought at welter.

Once Marquez exposed Manny's general weakness against counter rights (pretty much the span of the third fight), there was no way Manny was getting past Floyd Mayweather; it was too late.

Kizer of NSAC said Mayweather never used any in Vegas either.

It is Mayweather's fault because he injured Pac in the fight by punching him in his shoulder and should have been disqualified (Tards' reasoning)...lol

Exactly. A liar and a cheat who wins. That's important. Don't forget that.
