It's no secret that Pacquiao suffered the shoulder injury during training camp, was given multiple NSAIDs that were approved by USADA to treat his injury, and was in adequate fighting condition entering the fight.

This article does not, however, dismiss the fact that Pacquiao still missed a week (at the least) of sparring and re-injured his shoulder early on in the fight.

The simple fact is he lied or had someone lie about a shoulder injury on a pre-fight medical questionnaire for whatever reason.

If he were 100% percent going into the fight, why bring it up after he loses?

Why not just accept the loss and move on whether injured or not?
