Caused by Pacquiao's team not filling out the form correctly. Only themselves to blame.

Where was the basic due diligence by the NSAC doctor. He's supposed to look at those questionaire and ask pertinent questions. Like, why are you taking those pain killers? Do you need to take those pain killers for the fight?

Simple questions that even non-professional would ask. Something a parent would ask a child.

Look, I couldn't careless what happened days after the fight, the only thing matters is when fighters have reasonable excuses JUST AFTER the fight, I mean in the ring, not after they talked with the suited smart guys about how they can spin it. If somebody doesn't say any meaningful excuse after the fight but later comes up with something --> I take it as a lie automatically, o matter what...
I didn't say that the injury was non existent I said that it didn't affect the fight and probably didn't come out during the fight. It's probably an old injury what didn't affect to anything and now thy can use it as an excuse.
As I said if he would said it after the fight I would probably believe it but they came out with that a day later. What did Pac said after the fight to Kellerman? "I won", this was the maximum, no words about any injury.
And add the fact that Pc ******ly claimed that his injury came out in the third round. Lmao... the fourth round was his best and the first two was took by Mayweather just as easily as most of the rounds.

I think he was affected because he couldn't do his best for the fight. He was told 5 days prior to the fight he was allowed to take the pain killer. It must have been a shock to him come fight night when he was told he couldn't. That's why he thinks his fight was sabotaged. It's not an excuse if it's real.
