Hey look another "PPV fight" that somehow doesn't mean $$$. The hyprocrisy from the GGG fans is unrivaled in the sport. GGG only fights tough fights for $$$, no one else can do that though because they're p*ssy for doing that. GGG doesn't fight for money though, only PPV fights.
The hypocrisy that involves the GGG-Ward-Kovalev triangle!

Cotto is more a man than GGG, he's moved up in weight. Can GGG do it once?Lara has just been replied to by Tom Loeffler. If he moves to 160 and can fight on HBO, and the finances work out, he can have his fight.
Other than that would you rather GGG just sit on his ass and fight once every year like Cotto instead? No thanks. I'd rather see him fight whoever has the balls to get in the ring, and that instantly makes them more of a man than either Cotto or Canelo who get the shakes over the possibility.
Ward - Golovkin can wait until Ward has built his brand back up to the point where people want to see the fight. After the May-Pac mess, I don't think anyone really wants to see Ward spending 12 rounds clinching and grabbing and head butting right now.Comment

Next you're going to say Marvin Hagler wasn't much of a man, too?

Ward is fighting at 172 because it's a non-title fight and he doesn't need to make the weight. He will make 168 comfortably for an important fight.
There have been graphics of fight night weights of each fighter that have proven these facts. GGG comes in around 172 on fight night, Ward comes in around 175.
Kovalev comes in close to 190lbs.

It's up to Tom Loeffler to make the offer to Lara. He claimed that the fight could happen last time and then made no effort to make it happen.Lara has just been replied to by Tom Loeffler. If he moves to 160 and can fight on HBO, and the finances work out, he can have his fight.

I really hope he isn't going to HBO with another list of bums again.Comment

Oh no, Hagler was. That's because the division was good back then, GGG's best win isn't in the top 15 for Hagler. The rules of boxing from 30 years ago don't apply today, if GGG was a career WW and beat every but Floyd and Manny and they were ducking him... he'd have a case. MW is nowhere near that.Comment

Mornroe has NEVER fought on HBO and doesn't bring any "following" or "$$$" himself.Lara has just been replied to by Tom Loeffler. If he moves to 160 and can fight on HBO, and the finances work out, he can have his fight.

So why does Lara have to fight on "HBO" and "if finances work out they fight"?Lara has just been replied to by Tom Loeffler. If he moves to 160 and can fight on HBO, and the finances work out, he can have his fight.

So Ward obviously feels comfortable fighting at 172, otherwise he wouldn't fight at that weight. So tell me what's closer in terms of difference, 172-174 or 160 to 168?Ward is fighting at 172 because it's a non-title fight and he doesn't need to make the weight. He will make 168 comfortably for an important fight.
