Golovkin is literally slaying his opponents in brutal fashin and not even getting rocked. Face it, hes even better looking than the ugly floyd...

Also Floyds in his money making part of his career proped up by ******** in America as the last top fighter from the US.
GGG hasn't beaten anyone better than Maidana yet.

I envision Golovkin cracking Lara with something, probably in the first half of the fight and he likely won't recover. It's a bit early for Andrade to warrant the elite tag.

I'm not picking Lemieux but he has a good puncher's chance which is a better chance than anyone else in the division imo. When two ****ers get into the ring sometimes it's whoever gets hurt first.

Rubio actually has more knockouts than Golovkin has fights so I don't know about the light-punching tag.
I said relatively light punching for a reason. He's not a knockout artist, he's a great finisher. I'm a bit of a Rubio fan. But his opposition since moving to 160 has been crap besides the fights where he got beat handily...and Lemiux. Rubio upset a lot 9f ppl with that win and to me, it illustrated 1 thing. Lemiux is not that good, which he isnt. Rubio would probably beat him 8x out of 10 if they fought.

The ''slow punching Angulo'' is the worst example to bring in justifying Lara's ability to fight GGG. That's like saying ''well, Rigondeaux got dropped by some Japanese dude twice ala Amagasa, so therefore he can't possibly face Santa Cruz, Frampton, or Quigg.'' And you also just proved my point even more. Ouma was a 154 Southpaw taking a 160 bout, AGAIN, Loeffler and Sanchez say that there's NO BUSINESS in fighting a 154 guy, hence Lara or Andrade, yet Alvarez is ok because he's Orthodox and the cash king?! That's again once upon time ''we'll fight anybody at 168 too we want Froch, but NO Ward.'' cmon man. ''We chose Monroe Jr. because we wanted to test an 18 ranked Southpaw and prove we're p4p.'' -Abel Sanchez Right, Abel, that's why Monroe Jr. is a more talked about Southpaw than Lara or Andrade. Speaking of Southpaws that have more pop than a Monroe Jr.. welll geeez he's currently holding a WBO belt....

I do circles on these convos bro.

The targeting of Alvarez is not because he's orthodox, it's because he's a PPV fighter and essentially a gateway to stardom, much as fighting De La Hoya was for Mayweather and Pacquiao.

Similarly Froch is a PPV fighter whereas Ward is not although they have said they're willing to do the Ward fight provided the money is there. When fighters step up in weight class, it's usually for a big money fight.

After the Monroe fight, Golovkin's promoter stated they were open to the Lara fight. They're not avoiding Lara but I would venture that his association with Haymon and his issues with HBO obviously make the politics of the bout difficult.

On Ouma, the man was stopped in the 10th round. He had to go to hospital for a couple of days and didn't fight again for over two years. He gave Golovkin a good fight some years ago now, but he's really not great evidence that a JMW could beat Golovkin.

GGG looked good, as he usually does. With the style he puts to use, he's going to take some shots from time to time. The only issue you can have with GGG is level of opposition.

Can Canelo beat GGG? I believe he can, yes. It's a hell of a fight and it can go either way (GGG will be the favourite), but to tell me Canelo can't win? I firmly disagree.

You're seriously defending or buying Loeffler's words?! ''open to the Lara fight.'' No, ''he said IF Lara comes to 160 we MIGHT CONSIDER a fight.'' I don'T know how cut and dry that is, but that's like saying ''we can't make any guarantees even if Lara moves to 160.'' Dude it's called ducking any way you look at it. He could've said, ''Lara is defnitely and currently a top 154 pounder, IF he were to move up to 160 I think it would be a GREAT fight for GGG.''

On Ouma, I have the tapes man, and I have the Gardner bout too. As well as even poorer opposition like Fuchigami with his 6 losses coming in to fight GGG or that scrawny Proksa kid that was landing shots on GGG like a Pac style. All Southpaws. The problem with casual boxing fans is that they don't take into the logistics of how fighters are chosen. In this case EMPIRICALLY it's obvious GGG has not fought elite SOUTHPAW opposition, and you even agreed with me on the Ouma bout that was working GGG for the first 6 rounds as a 154 pounder taking a 160 bout. Are you still not understanding the point as to the HIGH risk of GGG's camp taking on Lara or Andrade? Alvarez is comfortable at 154 and is only 160, the coin is on him, not the pressure of a what a 34 year old GGG camp wants for Loeffler or Sanchez's percentage. Do keep in mind Abel Sanchez unlike other trainers has the worst opinions on boxing, they'Re so generalized it proves he's in the wrong business to train the best. Dropping mitts on the ground on important workouts and saying GGG has the skills to beat Floyd?! Cmon man. I must say your attitude is more reassurring than a Pac fanatic, but please at least acknowledge or try to understand facts and compromise. I know you can. I suggest you watch those Southpaw fights and then make an assertion to the Monroe Jr bout. Monroe Jr. is a great kid verbally, but his fame beating a Vera in some boxceno tournament is nowhere near the level of Lara and who he's fought. Personally how can a boxing fan not like GGG, I think GGG is the next Julio Cesar Chavez in the style of closing the ring and finishing, HOWEVER, I follow boxing crazy. It saddens me that even Julio Cesar Chavez had a padded resume by far. 30 ko streak and 80-0 until he found elite opposition like Whitaker and robbed him. Back then in sports that was the most talked about incident. Keep in mind too back then Floyd was schooling Whitaker and Randall at sparring at the age of 16.
