Gennedy doesnt YET earn more than floyd, but hes a dam sight better fighter. Floyd struggled with B LEVEL Maidana, 40 year old mosely, past it DDL, and imo scored a draw against a one armed pacquio. plus he lost to castillo.

Golovkin is literally slaying his opponents in brutal fashin and not even getting rocked. Face it, hes even better looking than the ugly floyd...

Also Floyds in his money making part of his career proped up by ******** in America as the last top fighter from the US.

you guys never state actual Rd. comparisons of boxers not empirically state differences in style. all you guys do is talk like girls. To assume no 154 pounder has a shot at a 160 flat footed fighter suggest nobody really understands divisional challenges. How many times have elite fighters surprised us moving up in weight and taking a belt. This whole GGG unbeatable thing is as ridiculous as a dogmatic *******. goofball double standards in these forums. clearly yall don't box

Who are the elite fighters at 154? Be careful not to confuse popularity for ability.

C'mon dude. GGG's camp went the distance with Ouma and Gardner, and look at the tapes if GGG used his infamous left jab posture against Southpaw opponents. He has trouble with Southpaws. Ouma was a 154 but took the 160 bout. These are circumstancial evidences you wont hear Loeffler or Sanchez say. GGG was all tired and getting caught with those fighters. Rd 4 Willie Monroe Jr., GGG all tired out huffing and puffing, you don't see that with the best 154 or 147 fighters in the game. Maybe the Kirkland and Canelo bout but those guys are tugging out a war. Against Monroe Jr. GGG was worn out at the 34 year old age tip. HE didn't look good. This is what many are saying he got exposed by a Monroe Jr. Therefore, rewind, Lara - more significant Southpaw than Monroe Jr - yet Abel Sanchez and Loeffler disrespect and discredit Lara in any excusable way it's comical. Same with Andrade calling out GGG. The gap is 154 and 160 is the gate right, so why is GGG pressuring a 154 Canelo? Doesn't make any sense. I guarantee you that IF Lara and Andrade were Orthodox fighters it'd be a different story with GGG fighting them. It doesn'T matter if Lara potshots and uses footwork or less punches against GGG as it goes to 12, it's just that GGG would be exposed by elite A level fighters like Andrade and Lara.

I agree that Canelo has no shot to beat Golovkin, nor does Lara or any of the JMWs imo.

I rate David Lemieux as having the best chance to beat Golovkin at 160, he's got that one punch game-changer.
Lara has a shot, my pick would still be GG by stoppage but he doesnt have 0 chance. Canelo vs GGG would be a war but GGG has better fundamentals and more experienced style, he stops Canelo.

I actually haven't seen Lmeieux fight but have heard he's basically just an average fighter who can ****.

yea, it doesnt work like that, but when u get knocked out by a relatively light fisted journeyman, u arent beating golovkin.

Ouma was durable guy, but Lara is not very durable. A slow punching Angulo managed to drop him twice and a slow-footed Alvarez managed to cut him and consistently land bodyshots on him.

While he might be the best JMW, I don't consider Lara elite. He has a draw with Vanes Martirosyan on his record and a loss to Saul Alvarez who is imo not elite himself.

I envision Golovkin cracking Lara with something, probably in the first half of the fight and he likely won't recover. It's a bit early for Andrade to warrant the elite tag.

I'm not picking Lemieux but he has a good puncher's chance which is a better chance than anyone else in the division imo. When two ****ers get into the ring sometimes it's whoever gets hurt first.

Rubio actually has more knockouts than Golovkin has fights so I don't know about the light-punching tag.
