Thurman and Khan I think would have to be his toughest available options. If he picked Thurman that would be a huge statement to me as far as his legacy goes.
Khan is great offensively but he still has that 'damaged goods' sense about him. We're well past the point of Khan getting dusted by anyone and feeling too shocked about it.
Starting to think a Cotto rematch is more and more unlikely just because after Pacquiao they probably want the smoothest negotiations possible.Comment

Why not challenge himself. Why not fight someone at 154. I would love to see Floyd fight GGG. Khan will be good I guess. It will be a sparring session and you know no one is getting knocked out.Floyd Mayweather Jr. (48-0, 26KOs) is looking to close strong on September 12th. He still maintains that his final fight will come in the fall, but many believe he will be tempted to return to the ring in 2016 to secure his 50th victory.
.After six long years of anticipation, Mayweather finally met Manny Pacquiao in the ring on May 2nd and won a twelve round unanimous decision. Mayweather stands to make a record $200 million from the event, which is more than enough to live very comfortably several times over.
At 38-years-old and holder of five world titles between two weight divisions, he says the time is now to walk away from the ring.

Honestly, there is no at 147 that I think can give Floyd a problem. He needs to fight someone where he is smaller and people think he can actually lose.Last edited by tank17211; 05-18-2015, 11:20 AM.Comment

He can end his career however he wants. I don't see a need for him to take on anyone, but the person he chooses. He finally fought Pac and now let him enjoy the sunset.Comment
