canelo is not the champion at any division, unless he fights for a title he can fight at 155 if his opponent agrees on a contractual weight... no way he should be defending titles at CWs...

you must not be familiar with the sport, non-title fights take place often 1 or 2 pounds over the limit, there are no rules or regulations against that, you can say that rules suck, but you cant say he doesnt play by the rules... now if a title is on the line CWs shouldnt be allowed... and yes 155 is mw...
