willies defense was crap lol he kept ducking down and would come up to be popped lol he did good for having only 20 fights, fought as hard as he could. ward, lara, and canelo would test him for sure hes there to be hit but needs someone with more power and can hit him more consistently

Why do they keep bringing up Canelo? He is at 154.I definitely want to see Canelo Vs GGG, after Canelo gets a couple fights at 160.

Really? Rubio? Stevenson...who no one knew who he was prior to the fight? It obvious Monroe lacked experience, for many times he rolled and couldn't pull the trigger. It is obvious he doesn't know how to get off his punches.

GGG was being respectful after Ward requested to GGG and his camp not to continue mentioning him. As Golovkin said, he understands and respects Wards situation. No more need be said.

Why are you trying to downplay/minimize those attributes?

Also, the commentating team pretty much called it. GGG's defense was good and he slipped most of Monroe's punches till' he hurt him and went into offensive kill mode. Later it seemed like he even purposely stopped defending to take a few punches.

Either way, you can see his talent in cutting a ring off. Little subtle things and he doesn't smother his punches when a guy is leaning against the ropes.

Respect to Monroe, big heart, gave us a good show.
Yeah, gage Floyd off the performance of Willie, just like Floyd shoulder roll was exposed by Guerrero beating Berto.
