Don't think it means much for boxing really. Think its more aimed at the UFC meat grinder. Neveda doesn't care, but it sees an opportunity to make money by taking pieces of the purses. But nevada still enforces just a pre and post fight test in boxing, while UFC now tests all their fighters a lot.
