It's relevant because it's evidence that he wasn't injured pre-fight. And it also shows the lack of honesty. Top Rank claims he was injured, but Top Rank nor Team Pacquiao mentioned it pre-fight. Instead his form says he is NOT injured. Top Rank then claimed that they told USADA, and then USADA went on record saying this is also FALSE.

NSAC asked his physicians also whether or not it was necessary, and his very own physicians told NSAC no! If Pacquiao injured his shoulder, it would have happened during the fight. But pre-fight, he was fine. His physicians never mentioned an injury. Pacquiao himself never noted an injury... well, after he lost the fight he did.

No, it is not their responsibility to release the results of the testing publicly. VADA nor NSAC does not release results publicly as well.

If you would like to see results, you should either call USADA, or write them. That is only when they may consider releasing results publicly.
