Hatton wasn't exactly iron-chinned at that point. He was still the best fighter in the division, but he was perfect for Pac and ate a perfect shot. Cotto never had a particularly good chin and ate perfect shots as well.

    Mosley was pretty far gone.

Rios has a great chin. Bradley is tough as hell, he's not easy to put down. Plus those fights happened 3-6 years after all these other fights you mentioned. Pac was clearly declining well before them. He didn't look invincible in one fight, get tested in the next, and suddenly look different. There was a very obvious trend where he was declining from fight to fight, well before he was tested. Even after he was tested he was hurting Bradley multiple times and dropping Chris Algieri 4 times.

He almost certainly cheated, but your argument here is a bad one.
The point is that he walked through weight classes gaining power and speed, usually when a fighter moves up in weight he loses power. Not the case with manny.

After the "alleged" steroid usage stopped, he didnt look as powerful and fast .

I'll give Paulie on his comment of the needles. That excuse that Pac made back then was very lame

He didn't gain power and speed at all. As expected, his power lessened as he went through weight classes, and his speed only looked faster because no one could keep up like the smaller guys did.

If he hit guys at 122 like he did De La Hoya, they would have died. Same with Cotto or Clottey. He was a 1 punch KO artist until he hit 126 or 130.

Are you kidding? He ran circles around Rios and slaughtered him. He looked great. Only reason he didn't stop him is because he stepped off the gas in the championship rounds when Rios was dead on his feet.

Pacquaio never had tons of power. He had snap and speed. Punches in bunches.

A dangerous fighter. But not a one punch KO type of power. You don't see GGG type shots in his highlight reel, where a single blow to the body keels somebody over for good.

You do at lower weights. He lifted guys off their feet and ended fights with single shots.

It no longer matters. Pacquiao is done, no need for any war of words to continue.
