Graphic: This is a reason why Fighters should not cut too much weight

I hope this man is okay.

The fighter was cutting to make weight, He walks around well over 30 pounds he had low electrolytes resulting in a dangerous seizure.

This is why fighters should fight closer to their weight division this is not healthy at all.

Fortunately, Montgomery didn't suffer long-term damage, although the incident seemed life threatening.

"I did my weight cut incorrectly. I drank way too much water, and like an idiot I didn't put any electrolytes in it and actually diluted all the sodium in my body, so I suffered a seizure," explained Montgomery.

I guarantee you this was Canelo before floyd fight. He can barely make 155, yet floyd made him go down to 152.

I've said this before too. There's bad long-term effects too, meaning the fighter will experience the effects later on in life. All sorts of things, including heart issues. Similar to how punches today may not take a toll on the fighter, but years down the line they experience the bad effects.

Canelo only lost that fight because he was having a seizure... DURING THE FIGHT. The guy is the boxing savior, he is a living miracle man. Most guys can't even see when seizuring, Canelo was in a boxing match ffs, he's the red headed Jesus.
