I watched it live-had it 9 to 3 for floyd. I watched it again, had it 9-3 for floyd. I started watching it again and bet myself $100 it would be 9-3 for Floyd.

Sure enough it was 10-2 for Floyd and now I owe myself $100.

      49 times had 7-5 PAC

And other 6 times had it even
If you watch the fight 56 times in slow motion with preconceived ideas, only count the punches that were thrown while Floyd was laying on the ropes and don't listen to Lampley's commentary (which is usually biased for #48 [****, ****, ****], but Floyd must have paid him off), you will clearly see that #48 won.

Do all of this and you will still be wrong!!!!!!!

          Hahahaha brilliant

I had it 8-4 on fight night, but have watched it around 7 times since, and 9-3 is my final conclusion.

Floyd won but he fights like a coward, he is bad for boxing

As much as I dislike Floyd's boxing style, I admit he won.

But his fighting style is 100% cowardly, boring and dirty (full of non-penalized tricks, because he ALWAYS fights at home with his chosen referees, judges, gloves, blood tests, you name it).

Guys like Floyd, Rigo, Ward, Lara, Klitschko (because of the clinching) are bad news for boxing. Clinching and other cheating "techniques" like pushing, using the elbows illegally, doing rabbit punching, etc., should be penalized by discounting points. Floyd and Ward are experts at doing all kinds of cheating tactics without getting penalized for it, and that is giving boxing in general a bad name.

How many clinches and trickery did you see in any of the Manny-Marquez fights? Those were real action-packed, fan-friendly boxing fights, that didn't break any money records just because none of the guys involved is an American, and we all now that by far, the biggest PPV income comes from American households.

I can't see the day when this Floyd character finally retires, and slowly, the cowardly, tricky style of "fighting" he got away with, in detriment of the sport, will just erode and disappear from boxing, leaving just a bad memory of the worst era in the sport. Let us, the fans who enjoy real men getting into real fights, pray for the speediest retirement of this harmful character. Good riddance Mayweather Jr., don't let the door hit you on the way out, just do your pathetic and cowardly shoulder roll, to avoid it!

It wasn't that bad in terms of total dominance (which to me is why it doesn't make sense to even make excuses like this) but in terms of rounds won it is pretty clear who took the bigger share. A bigger guy used his advantages and outpointed the smaller guy, I have seen it before I am sure I will see it again.

Rivalries do make you do silly things though, Manny has experience with that although the shoe was kind of on the other foot.
I don't think it was that hard of a fight to score. A lot of the rounds were always clear to me. Some fights I am like wtf, can I do 10-10. Not this one really.

I'm not sure that's the case in the Phillipines. Their ringside guys scored it to Pacquiao, he has been welcomed home as if he won by his fans. Don't forget Roach said the same so why wouldn't Pacquiao believe he won.

For the record, I had him losing in a 7-5/8-4 kind of fight.
Just wondering ; did u have Froch beating Dirrell as well ?

LOL, yeah. . . You don't really get any points for taking flush punches though, so.

Some fights there is such a wide range of scores you can have, this was not one of them though.

Also why I don't score much anymore, so many rounds are 55/45 type rounds and getting into arguments about fights which over half the fight is like that is such a headache inducing venture.

I will say this about the fight, it might have ****** but at least it was straight up and there was not much controversy at least with the action in the ring. Which to me is much worse than a boring fight.
