Depends how you scored the fight. At first watch people who thought one way are realizing more and more that Floyd missed or hit Manny's gloves often. Hard to see initially because Floyd is quick and the judges give him the benefit of the doubt.

It appears that the judges gave Floyd all the close rounds and some which could have been for Manny.

Saw this on another website. They thought Manny won and below is their analysis. Floyd fans will not like and deflect but as one can see, that when one judges the fight AFTER the fight, the fight looks different.

I am a manny pacquiao fan since birth. I hated floyd when I first open the chapters of his career. But when I studied him more in the latter years, I began to appreciate everything that he is, his beliefs, style and skill. Until I finally can say that I'm not just a fan of manny pacquiao, but a true fan of the sport.
I wasn't really planning on going back here on my account after the May 2 fight. Because I was ashamed of pacquiao's performance. And i didn't have the balls to read the criticisms of everyone here regarding it.

To my surprise, when I checked today, people are still supporting him and his team. And even thought that the fight was close. I totally disagree.
Even for a die hard pac fan like me, I had Floyd winning 10 rounds to 2. It could be 9 rounds to 3 if you are being generous.

At the end of the day you can't beat Floyd mayweather like that. At his own phase and at his own game. The reason why people gave pac a chance in the first place was because they thought he'll make it as awkward as possible for floyd by throwing powershots at different angles. None of that happened.
All night he couldn't find mayweather. Mayweather didn't run. Mayweather was relaxed, focus and sharpshooted at any distance he controlled. While pac was frustrated and didn't know what exactly to do. You can't box a masterboxer, you have to used your own specialty, and pac failed to use his.

Im still skeptical about the shoulder injury. But if its true and they'll rematch, no matter how healthy pacquiao is, if he fights that way again, at Floyd's phase. We'll be getting the same result.

Well your scoring is terrible if you got a 117-113 scorecard secondly how can manny be first fighter to take home a 9 figure paycheck when his check was 25 mil and floyds was 100mil you showed ur delusion and for god sakes make sense next time

Manny Pacquiao got a check for $25 million on the night of the fight and will recieve the rest of his money in installments once the ppv money comes in. Floyd got a check for $125 mil on the night of the fight... My theory is Bob Freddy Koncz and whoever else needed to get paid all took their cuts in full and Pac has to wait for his money but either way. the situation seems fishy to me... what say you?

Everyone seen Pacquaio win but this is a case where They really didnt see what they wanted from pacquaio and saw mayweather do a lil better then they expected even though he still lost. Reminds me of Erik Morales how he did better then expected against Maidana and everyone was praising him, Same with mayweather.

give it a few weeks/months people will get it right just like they did with Morales vs Madiana, hell people are already changing their mind about the fight.

Pac BEFORE the fight-

In between rounds Manny and even his family had a look that would make a hardened criminal cry.They knew they were losing-absolutely no confidence and Manny was frustrated.He had no control of what was going on in the ring and was reduced to throwing and landing less then Mayweather.

He CLAIMS he hurt his shoulder in this fight, yet was able to still throw his right hand.

Reminds me of when he lost to Morales the first time, claiming blisters on his feet, different gloves, etc etc....bulls.hit excuse after excuse.

Pretty much how it all played out.

Now he swears he won.
