you are describing Oscar De La Hoya's career exactly.We know the type. Those fighters that weren't able to make it to the very top of the sport. The kind that practically lose every big fight they ever had against top tier P4P talent. Who do you think it is? My vote goes to Cotto. When he fought elite P4P talent in big fights (Pac) and (May), he lost. His biggest win came against Shane Mosley and that fight was close.
