I'm a big Froch fan, and i wanted to see him fight one last time..but maybe it is time to hang them up.

He wanted one last good pay day, in Vegas where he hadn't fought before. That was the plan, but it fell through. So maybe the best thing to do is walk away now. As the longer it goes on, the more difficult it will be to get back in the ring. Especially if the motivation isn't there.

There is the chance he is waiting to see how DeGale gets on against Dirrell. But he has had an excellent career, and if isn't excited by the idea of fighting again..calling it a day could be the right choice.
