Walters stepped on the gas again and treated Marriaga like a ragdoll.........he just started smashing his face in like he flipped a switch.

Excellent! I don't see many flaws to be honest other than getting caught by overhand rights but he shows a good chin and seems to welcome getting hit

I highly doubt 1lb at the scale would make a big difference. Now if you are talking about the 10lb weight advantage, then that's a different story. Although some fighters are constantly in 10-15lb weight disadvantages and still win, I understand that Walters is an A fighter while Marriaga a B or C fighter and that definitely made a difference here. If it was that Marriaga was an A fighter and Walters a B fighter with his weight advantage, Marriaga would find a way to win. That's why there is levels. You see Lomachenko, if he is a great fighter, he would beat the bigger Walters. Mayweather and Paquiao are great, so they constantly school bigger opponents. There are level in boxing where when you step to a fighter of that higher level, your weight means nothing to them.

Marriaga is one talented boxer though, don't see too many guys even touching him...extremely well-rounded
