But for the longest time, Mayweather has been thanking god, and stating that he is blessed, gifted, etc.

I don't believe Pacquiao's image is fake.

He's carried his nation on his back and it's reasonable for him to feel a sense of betrayal.

You can't blame the guy for thinking he deserved to win. It's not like Floyd dominated or anything. We all saw the fight. It was a fairly evenly fought battle fought by two masters that I thoroughly enjoyed. Floyd managed to win simply by scoring 3 or 4 cleaner jabs per round.

Pac has one of the most fabricated image ever. HBO and Top Rank marketed him as the man of god, the good guy, the humble guy, for years and everybody just got brainwashed without even resisting. This guy flat out refused to get tested and everybody was defending him. He has excuses for Morales beating him, Marquez, Bradley and now Floyd. Now he's literally faking that excuse and will push as hard as he can to get another paycheck.

31min55 of this video, a technician from HBO is literally running in the ring, and telling Pac to get on his knees and pray, so they can shot the classic image of the good guy praying in a ring, and you tell me he aint fake ?
