If I remember correctly, you dont get double tax from income you made from a different country. He'll only get tax here. But the Philippines is pretty corrupt so it would surprise me. But I did read somewhere that he'll only get taxed here. Also, no agent, trainer, manager gets 30% of an athletes/celebrities income, even the most powerful sports agent like David Falk only gets 3%, so stop with that non-sense.

Manny Pacquiao has refused to engage Floyd Mayweather Jr. in a war of words, after the latter called him a coward and a sore loser for stating that a right shoulder injury hindered his performance in their May 2nd showdown, which Pacquiao lost by way of a twelve round unanimous decision.
