Thing is regulation of athletics in boxing is done at the state level. The government hasn't stepped in to take control and it's not even clear it has the power to do so. States have certain rights granted them under the constitution. It's tricky stuff but that's what separates a national sports body from a state level one.

Pro-boxing in the US needs to be signed up to the WADA code.

I've taken Stanozolol twice before in the past. It's usually called Winstrol and it's not for bulking, it's for cutting weight when you already have a very low body fat %.

He's one of my favourite prospects, but it sounds like such a lie...It's very difficult to spike someones drink with a winstrol tablet, and if he injected the liquid version into the drink...Well, I don't think anyones stomach would like that.
