im not sure which ones but i know a few do. u cant come in over 15% of your weigh in weight etc. u have to look it up but there are rules for it. maybe only applies to championship fights.

Not sure there is an upper limit of 15% like you say. But in this case the upper limit is being set at 6.8% only, 15% is so much room to rehydrate & come in feeling good for the fight. Haymon might look out for his fighters, but in this case Porter is getting screwed.

Broner is in shape/close to being in shape this time around. He hasn't ballooned up like Chavez Jr this time around. I saw a video of him working the heavy bag with Floyd before MayPac happened.
