His fight night check is $25 million. According to Kevin Iole, Pacquiao's guarantee is $50 million.

Pacquiao's tax issue in the Philippines is still misunderstood. Even Ken Miller misunderstood it. He only owes the Philippines $49 million in taxes IF he doesn't give them documents regarding his taxes paid in the US from 2009-2011/2012. If he gives them certified documents from the IRS stating that they've been paid from that time period, he doesn't owe the Philippine BIR any money.

That is about the 5th story that I have heard so far.

The number " 25mil " should not even be mentioned when discussing Bob Arums cut, no way...... but for some reason, Arum is giving Pac 25mil from his 80mil purse.

I jumped on that thread, but it became strangely silent.

Mayweather took home a chq for 120mil, Pacquiao got 25mil.

After PPV, Mayweather will likely bank close to 200mil, Manny will likely get about 40mil, the same amount that he had refused previously.

Four things that I will never understand about Manny are.....

* extending with Top Rank, when Pac clearly does not require a promoter

* firing visionquest, immediately after giving them POA, and immediately after visionquest reported finding widespread problems with his accounts/contracts

* retaining Koncz, after visionquest revealed that Koncz had been receiving a monthly wage from Top Rank since becoming Pacs advisor

* being happy receiving a cheque for 25mil, from his 80mil purse

If I was a su****ious kind of person, It may occur to me that Top Rank appears to hold something over on Pac. Something aint right, thats for sure.
