I must say the incident regarding his hair in the Lovemore N Dou fight was probably the most ridiculous, vain, pathetic, laughable, thing I have ever seen a fighter do in the ring. I find is funnier and more pathetic than when Kermit Cintron leapt out of the ring.

In fact, I can't believe more people do not bring it up when talking about Paulie. Hell, every time his name gets mentioned by anyone whether it be in forums or the boxing press it should be qualified by the statement "Paulie Malignaggi, you know the fighter who's hair style was so more important than his fight that he had to get a haircut during the fight."
