Awww it's like a victory parade for losers. I wonder if they will honor the brave Japanese soldiers who fought there in WWII as well.

Come on guys. Yeah he lost both fight and respect, made up lie cause he was embarrassed but in this poverty stricken 3rd world country Pac is a god-like figure. These people need someone to raise their hope and allow them to dream of better things. I for one am happy they have Pac. Cheer him on Philippines.

But i will say for their sake this man should never become President.
