GGG cuts the ring off better than anyone Floyd has faced with maybe the exception of Cotto, his foot placement and timing are excellent which allows him to land against "runners" watch the Proksa fight and amateur bout against Andre Dirrell.

Granted they're not Mayweather but, Mayweather can no longer dance away from guys. He angles out against the ropes or ties up fighters to create distance. Against Golovkin, as soon as Floyd ties up Golovkin will be throwing short punches to the body, and physically won't allow Mayweather to angle away on the ropes much like Cotto done against him.

Golovkin wears down Mayweather pretty quickly and stops him before the 6/7th rounds.

But that's all hypothetical because Mayweather wants no part of Golovkin!
