Jesus. Pacquiao turned into Floyd with those one-punch shots but they were hardly noticeable. Because it is EXPECTED of Pacquiao to throw combination bombs, shots like that were ignored.

Had it 8-4 and I don't think I could've given another round to Manny.

Watching so far and it just reinforces to me that it was a really bad performance by both fighters. They were both so tentative to throw and just looked off their game. I had it 116-112 Floyd viewing it live. will see if i have any changes rewatching

Hell, alot of casuals thought that Cotto beat him. I know because I watched the fight at the threater. I could hear their reactions when the round by round scoring from Lederman and others was displayed. One girl went like: WTF!!! He didn't win that round.

And she wasn't the only one. A lot of them got frustrated every time it was a 10-9 round, not knowing why he won that round if Cotto threw some flurries.

I am watching the reply first couple of times watching it I gave it to Mayweather 8 to 4, this time I gave it to Floyd 10 to 2. He circled Pac, stepped back and returned fire jab and right hands all night. So funny Floyd stayed on the ropes a little to much for my liking, yet Pacs ******ed fans continued to state that he ran.. Please re watch the fight its on HBO and Showtime for free. OUT CLASSED BIG TIME.

Floyd fans are the saddest, they act like this was an azz whooping, the one judge who had it 118-110 had me shaking me head, I had it 7-5 for Floyd, but most people thought it was a draw around me.

It was a disappointed fight, and win for Floyd, his father wanted him to outdo Marquez and Morales but doing a sensational combo punch win similar to how he beat Gatti, Pac was ready to be taken out, he was a dead goose but Floyd hesitated, I believe Floyd was scared of Pacs power, I underestimated Pacs power big time, he hurt Floyd in the fight while Floyd couldnlt hurt him.

All in All its not a win to boast about, its like Pac fans if they were to boast about his win over Marquez in the 3rd fight, its a weak win and any fan of Floyd should be disappointed he is the man who controls the fight, yet didnt finish the show with action and long reach combos, he had the clear reach advantage.

I was embarrassed for boxing that night.
Floyd was Floyd , and he shut Manny down , so how is any off this Floyds fault , Manny could have gone for it like he was supposed to do if the ability gap of each fighter was close , then you would have got a real fight .

Manny was nullified and shut down he had no idea what to do , this was because Floyd was way to good for him , look at Floyd history when he is in total control its boxing lesson not a beat down . , you got to force Floyd to fight to see a battle .

I agree the fight was a mediocre spectacle as far as a fight goes , but if you understand that Manny is an ATG that was supposed to destroy him and was shut down like a C grader , then its an impressive victory .

As a fight it was a stinker but this fight runs so much deeper than that , this is why we see so many boxers and trainers are praising Floyd highly because they fully understand all that went down here .
