It's ludicrous and unrealistic, people just want to see Mayweather lose so they're throwing him in unfair match ups where he'd be at a severe disadvantage. Before you call me a *****, Golovkin is also one of my favourite fighters.
You really think he weighed 149 against Pacquaio he looked 160 to me

Pacman just weighed 152 for a welterweight fight. Floyd weighed 151 for a junior welter fight. Most welters rehydrate close to 160. Hes small

the '07 lien, which was paid, was 6.7 million. this is according to floyd's tax attorney. both parties [floyd and the IRS] agreed to put a levy on his purse against marquez to satisfy it.

he's defaulted on loans, and had cars repossessed.

he wasn't going hungry, but he was in massive debt with the IRS at the time of his fight with marquez.
Right but we don't know that he needed the money like you said.

I would like to see this fight happen.
the size difference is not bigger than floyd vs pac/marquez/hatton.
floyd has a 2 inch bigger reach then golovkin
and the height difference aint nothing, 5.8 against 5.10
I dont think floyd has had a fight where he doesnt have reach advantage and very few has had a height advantage over him..
Ggg is the one that has to struggle to make weight not floyd and if floyd struggle to mske weight he just do what he did against marquez..

we do know that he couldn't make the catchweight against marquez, and was fined over half a million dollars when he was in horrible debt with the IRS, and needed the money.
I want to know how people all of a sudden know exactly how much Mayweather weighs on fight night when he doesn't show his fight night weight?

GGG is slow as heck, I can see Floyd dancing his way to victory against him, especially if GGG has to cut weight to make 154. Floyd doesn't have to do anything except show up to the weigh in at his normal weight.

A lot of posts saying GGG should move up to fight Ward. Why? How come everyone has to accommodate Ward? If Ward wants that fight, he should move down, he hasn't done anything of note in years.

If Floyd beat GGG, he would have beaten one of the best amateurs of all time and a guy that many think is a top 5 P4P guy. Really can't see why the idea of this fight isn't a good one. Well....yeah I know what it is but GGG doesn't really have the speed to beat Floyd, especially not at 154.

This match-up is wack because the only way it'll happen is if it took place at 154, it might as well not happen then. I hate when fighters decide to drain themselves for a pay-day. GGG says he can make 154, but he's never fought there in his pro career. Floyd should know better than to even contemplate that match-up. He's *****ing about people not giving him credit for Manny, it would be worse if he fought the MW champion at 154. GGG's legacy is on the line if it happens at 154, not Floyd's. Floyd/3G is essentially the same as Ward/Dawson.

All those guys started at a weight higher than Floyd. Duran is the only one who's not noticeably a lot bigger than Floyd.

Somebody would find an excuse to discredit Floyd. No point.

Manny rehydrated to 152 that fight, he probably actually outweighed Floyd
