Overhyped fighter, got a gift against Belmontes, struggled v Arakawa and did not look impressive v Estrada prior to KO. He'll beat Burns though who is not only shot but has looked worse the higher he has gone up in weight.
Main complaint about Figueroa is that he's being sold as something he is not and getting praise when he has not fought the best in his division.
