Kameda wasn't allowed by the WBO to participate in a unification because McDonnel is the regular WBA champ and not the super champ of the WBA. So Kameda dropped the WBO belt and will fight for the WBA regular belt.

And of course the PBC announcer did not waste the chance to blame the loss of his title on 'boxing politics' without going into any details. Idiot.
