I'm interested in watching Kameda. He was being pretty highly touted in his U.S. debut in his last fight but failed to look truly impressive. His opponent was probably handpicked to showcase him

Ricky Burns is one of the best cherry picks I've seen. It doesn't look like one but they got him in when they know he has no money, shot to ****ing pieces, but still has that name value and hasn't been stopped but a decent enough fighter like Figueroa could stop 2015 Ricky Burns. This just makes Figueroa look good as he is the first one to stop Burns.

Fantastic cherry pick and easy fight for Figueroa unless Burns somehow got better since his last fights which I doubt. If the payday is good enough Burns needs to leave boxing for his own safety.

Kameda and McDonnell is a 50/50 fight. Just because you might not know McDonnell don't count him out he beat Ceja for the IBF belt but was stripped of the belt for dumb reasons. McDonnell hasn't lost since 2008 too.

Kameda wasn't allowed by the WBO to participate in a unification because McDonnel is the regular WBA champ and not the super champ of the WBA. So Kameda dropped the WBO belt and will fight for the WBA regular belt.
