During some period of the 4th round, Mayweather leaned on the ropes and Pacquio threw about a 10 punch combination at Mayweather. I've had a torn rotator cuff and thats not possible to do.

Dr ElAttrache is the head physician of the LA Dodgers and one of the top surgeons in the US. I guess it's possible he put his career and credentials on the line to anger Floyd Mayweather by making up Manny's injury/surgery. you don't seriously believe that? He didn't back off after throwing powerful right hands because of "shoulder pain". He backed off because he realised that 80% of his punches wern't landing even with Floyd's back against the ropes.
