I actually think it would be a UK fighter in a big fight against an American based fighter. Aside from Mayweather and Pacquiao the biggest selling fighters would be Canelo followed by Cotto (or the other way).

So I think the biggest fight to be made is probably Khan (or even Brook) vs one of those two at a catch weight. Even though it might not make that much sense to hardcore fans

It would probably sell big on both ppv markets (UK and US), thus bringing the biggest revenue.

What a refreshing topic not to have to discuss Mayweather and Pacquiao. Cotto is one of my favorite fighters so I'd love to see him and Canelo fight. Could be a lot of fire works in that one and I'd give Canelo the edge.

GGG vs Ward is also a big fight. Canelo vs GGG at 160 will be big too.
