If you read the article first, you will read that he acknowledged that he told Smith that he will give Pacquiao a rematch, but because of Pacquiao's behavior and refusal to give him any credit for the win, at this particular time he doesn't feel Pacquiao deserves a rematch anymore. Rightfully so. Looks like Floyd just caught up with all the excuses on Tuesday and changed his mind about the rematch.

I wish Marquez and Mayweather leave Pacquiao with those 2 losses, both retire and never give that child another fight. Pacquiao is not a man, he is fake as ****. A sore loser, not a humble person at all. It was all a front.

Pacquiao is a fraud and he let down his fans, the sport, and most importantly Floyd Mayweather, who prepared himself for the best Manny Pacquiao and a coward is what showed up to face him. What a damn shame.

Thank you Floyd for not giving this coward another payday. It's absolutely cowardly to not recognize Floyd for his win. Expected this from Arum, but not PAC. an Freddie, you said Floyd has always been respectful to you, even when you called him shot. I expected more from the 7 time TODY.
