Twitter and Facebook exploded with memes suggesting Mayweather was primarily hugging and running (in the their eyes), but I don't necessarily know if this reflects their opinion of who won.

Speaking of memes, there was this response to the compubox stats:

        ROFL, http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/events...er-vs-pacquiao.
Even as a pac-tard, I have to say this description of the fight is buggin

The victory has received an overall negative reaction on the Internet, especially on Twitter, where people complained about Mayweather’s tactic, which was an anticlimactic defensive maneuver compared to Pacquiao’s exhilarating aggressive approach.

He did land a fair number of flush counter punches of quality but not enough of them to win many rounds convincingly in my mind. It's hard to eat straight rights for most of a round and take it away by letting go a couple of good punches.

Either way it was scored, Pac did look very frustrated by the end of the fight which is kind of telling.
I think most fighters would look frustrated when they notice their opponent didn't come to fight.

Floyd wasn't landing many right hands as they usually would only hit gloves.

Escaping from he corner means absolutely nothing if you don't land a punch before doing it.

In other news, John Smith, a 45 year-old unemployed former door-to-door used vacuum salesman from Hicksville, Kentucky, also told reporters that he felt Manny Pacquiao won the fight. "The reception on my television was going in and out but Manny Pacquiao looked good. I think he had the better tattoos," Smith said.

Since Mayweather is the greatest thing since apple pie, and since you and all the other Mayweather worshippers are right and we that can't stand him as a boxer, which fight defines him in his 10 years at Welter Weight?

Who was his greatest test, or has he ever been tested ? IF not, why not ?

Its one thing to laugh at people but its another thing to be called on the carpet and then laugh because you don't have a REAL ANSWER.

IF you do then tell it and this goes to ALL the FLOYD BOYS.

I'll check back to see your answer.
