for broner to win this fight he has to show me something which he hasnt shown yet, boxing on the back foot. he is at his best coming forward but against porter he will have to box and move. the catchweight will hurt porter no doubt, 3lbs is a big deal. i dont rate porter much because he is so flawed but stylistically this fight favour him even though broner has the better punching technique and boxing fundamentals.

Better punching technique? Maybe by a very slight margin. Have you seen how much Broner slaps? He may fool the crowd and some people watching it on TV but if you watch closely, he slaps a lot.

Something I call the dumb individual, smart group syndrome: despite all the dreamers and passion filled guessers, on a major fight the polls are usually right. On this site most people think Bronner loses via
decision. What makes this intriguing is that the smart money is on Bronner (if what you say is correct) and there is a history between these guys (which means little sometimes, or a lot depending).
