Neither does Floyd.. his gift is timing and accuracy, not power. Pacquiao kept trying to force his way inside and Floyd's jab kept denying him entry. Manny ran out of ideas when he realized he couldn't get past the jab and lead right. His arms too short to win on the outside. He was embarrassed.

Floyd hits harder than Bradley and Floyd's power has always been power you respect not fear. This is why Maidana, Cotto, Castillo, Hatton all had success they weren't afraid of his power. Manny wouldn't have been scared of it 5 years ago, but he got KTFO by Marquez so that respect became fear and why Manny is now gunshy. The end.

Easily. It took him 7 years to fight him and a guy knocking him out cold to become gunshy. This is the problem, JMM made Manny gunshy but *****'s take credit for it. Well I think it's an exaggeration to say Manny is washed up since JMM..but he ain't been the same that's for sure. Hard not to be gunshy after getting ktfo by a collosal counterpunch. 2010 Manny might not have won but, it mightve been a more interesting fight.

Still kinda hopin for the may/pac rematch, hopefully his shoulder'll heal and it won't be a one sided jabfest. But we'll see.

I think as early as 2011 or 2012 I forget, Manny was willing to take the drug tests. Then there was the issue over the $40 mill flat fee rather than a 45/55 cut Manny suggested on First Take. Then Manny got ktfo, and the interest in that fight obviously fizzled for a bit.

Point is, both camps were makin this fight difficult to organize.

Floyd wasn't even throwing power shots with evil intent. It was jabs and soft lead rights all night long.. wtf was Manny afraid of. .Floyd literally treated him like sparring partner, he was punching just to rack up points, not inflict pain. . Floyd never really went to his 2nd or 3rd gear, this was his most effortless victory since the amateurs.

One thing I'd like to ask Mayweather - what opportunities where there for him to make excuses? Who wins and then makes excuses? Of course he didn't make any. I'm not at all suggesting that he would have made excuses if he lost, but I am saying that we can't possibly say that with certainty as Mayweather has never been in the situation Manny is in.
