    Sad & desperate...

He won't be able to win if he's not 100%

and secondly there is no point to Ramadan if he is thinking about Floyd throughout it and trying to ensure his nutrition is correct.

    1. Either renounce his religion

    or

    2. Hope Floyd can fight him later - or not at all

This has obviously come from floyds camp...Khan putts it out that he wont fight in sept to see floyds reaction....floyd tells him its in mid sept...khan changes his mind.
Like mayweather said, he wants every advantage outside the ring as well as inside it.
Khans going to basically starve himself for a month and then go straight into an 8 week training camp.
You must feel like a real prat having said what you said regards Khan on the 'I can't face Floyd Mayweather in september' article .
Take my advise don't listen to him and make a fool of yourself again as he himself hasn't got a clue what he's saying ...this is nothing new, just normal.

Just like Pac, KO'd by Marquez, beat up Rios and Algeri and all of sudden he is ready for Mayweather. Now Khan, KO'd by Garcia beat up a flat footed Alexander and now he is Ready for Mayweather....and let me guess....he speed will give Mayweather problems just as Pacquiao's did.

Amir Khan open to Floyd Mayweather fight in September

                  By Alistair Magowan
                  BBC Sport

Britain's Amir Khan says he could fight Floyd Mayweather in September despite previously stating Ramadan might disrupt his training.

Khan, 28, is a ****** and is set to fast during the holy month, which lasts from mid-June to mid-July this year.

Ahead of his bout with Chris Algieri on 29 May, Khan said: "Mayweather normally fights mid-September and Ramadan is a little bit earlier this year.

"It gives me enough time to get the training done, so it can happen."

Khan said on Sunday that Mayweather's manager was keen to "get a fight on" after the undisputed welterweight champion beat Manny Pacquiao in Las Vegas.

Mayweather, 38, took his unbeaten record to 48 fights with a one-sided points victory over Pacquiao and is expected to make his next fight his last.

Bolton-born Khan, who takes on former light-welterweight world champion Algieri in New York, says he has also been invited to fight Pacquiao, 36.

But Khan insisted his focus is purely on Algieri, who was knocked down six times by Pacquiao during a massive points defeat in November.

He said: "I really can't take this Algeri fight lightly - lose and it would ruin my dreams to fight the biggest names in boxing.

"I'm not going to be fighting Mayweather until I win this fight. I'm not looking past Chris because I've made that mistake in the past. There are bigger fights out there for me, but this is my focus."

During Ramadan practising ******s fast during daylight hours to learn self-discipline, while also reminding them of those less fortunate than themselves.

That's going to put Khan at a disadvantage. Even an 8-week training camp won't be enough for Floyd, but you'd need need at least 10 weeks against him. And those 8 weeks will be straight after a month of fasting, so he won't even be in good shape for the first few weeks of the training camp.

It would be better if Khan instead fights Brook or Broner later in the year, and if he wins those, that would create a lot of hype and demand for a Floyd-Khan fight in May next year, which Floyd might be interested in to get 50-0. But then again, there's the possibility of May-Pac 2 in May next year, so that might be a reason for Khan to fight Floyd in September instead.
