When Khan loses to Mayweather, he's gonna blame it on fasting during Ramadan and will get sued by everyone.

It would be so funny if Floyd ends up losing his "0" to Khan instead of pacquiao

Seriously does everyone on this board work for TMT?

I've been following boxing for over 20 years and it's crystal clear both Khan and Garcia don't belong in that ring with Floyd.

But he couldn't fight Brook because he needed a week to prepare for Ramadan

No matter how much you hate Khan (and hating the guy is just plain wacky if you're a true fan of the sport)... he would give Mayweather all he could handle and maybe more. Khan is easily as fast as Floydie, has more pop, and he could do a better job than anyone else currently waiting in the wings. In fact I would say a healthy Khan vs a healthy Floydie would be the best final fight for Mayweather.

will basically come down to how all of related May/June fights shake out. The basket of plausible Floyd opponents seems pretty well set (barring a 'miraculous' recovery that makes Pacquiao an option again):

                -Danny "Swift" Garcia
                -"One Time" Keith Thurman
                -"Special One" Kell Brook
                -Amir "King" Khan
                -Miguel Cotto II
darkhorse, so to speak: Chris Algieri [he washes Khan, boxing the **** out him and stopping him late. New York hype machine gets going; fought at a catchweight, had to fight all the way in Macau on Sunday morning, had his training camp at the Venetian casino, inexperienced trainer in his corner, etc. Run the 'good guy vs bad guy' story arc, with an actual good guy in the good guy corner, while also happening to be a suburban educated white kid, and you'd have another fight for the casual fight fans to go ape over]

Khan fights Algieri on Sp1ke at the Barclays Center, Brook fights Gavin on Showtime the next day, and Cotto fights Geale the next weekend. Whomever looks good in their fight and wins, and draws good attention, moves on.

Kell Brook beats Frankie Gavin in style, in front of 20,000 fans at the O2 while delivering a good buyrate in the UK and a good rating on Showtime, and he takes poll position for the the September fight (Algieri as the opponent definitely might help, but I don't imagine Khan being able to sell 10,000 seats for the fight, let alone deliver the 'OMG'-type performance needed to generate attention).

If the three fights feature struggles, Keith Thurman likely becomes the odds-on choice for the fight (Danny Garcia likely defends his titles against Postol in July, before taking on a guy like Josesito Lopez/Robert Guerrero in the fall and closing out the year with the Maidana fight).

Maidana didnt belong either and gave floyd hell. Khan would give floyd a lot of problems

When Khan loses, expect nothing but excuses as he's had nothing but excuses in every single loss he has had.

                      Floyds latest interview he said

He will pick whoever he wants no matter what the public thinks, he has earned his right to face WHOEVER HE WANTS for his final fight,

He said the person he is choosing is solid, but might not be solid in the eyes of the fans, but he doesnt care

So only 2 boxers IMO fit that profile Khan and Danny Garcia

Make what u want of that
