He didn't land because Manny wouldn't try to engage for most of the fight after eating the 1st straight right hand in rd 1.

You are using the lack of connectivity to judge Floyd when it in fact underscores the reality that Manny didn't fight to win and cane just for a check.

Floyd's connect % suggests had Manny thrown more, as we expected, he'd have gotten hit plenty more, as you keep asking.
