The rules of boxing vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, and on whether it is an amateur or professional bout.

          Oops my bad..... Lol

          Also need to add

Floyd reaching out to grab then hold.
Floyd punching then holding to avoid counters.
          Floyd with his elbows.
          Floyd fighting on the break.

Floyd even smiled and agreed a few times during the fight. It was all good for Floyd. No point cdeductions. No hard warnings.

I agree, Floyd's dominance is always very much exaggerated. But he has the formula down and most people bow to him. All he has to do is show up, play defense. He does no damage to the opposition. As long as he isn't knocked out himself, the public by and large will proclaim that a dominant Mayweather win.

I didn't buy this fight because I knew it would stink but I watched it yesterday and my reaction was that it was a close fight and much more a draw than a runaway win for Mayweather.
This is an excellent post and I agree 100%.

too true, but where does that leave floyd in the final stats of the round
