Pacquiao and his team have a long history of making excuses, all the way back to the Morales fight.

And as far as choosing opponents and making sure you have all the advantages, Pacquiao has done more than Mayweather dreamed of. Fought 154 pound fighters(Oscar and Cotto) not even at 147, but at 144 and 145 so they were both weight drained as hell. Floyd fought both of them at their natural 154 lb weight limit. Pacquiao even made Margarito and Mosely come down in weight. Pacquiao fought an older Mosely and De la Hoya than Mayweather did.

After a controversial decision over Marquez, Pacquiao waited years to give him a rematch, Mayweather gave Castillo and Madaina immediate rematches after close fights.

Pacquiao is a fraud, always has been. He's had the most carefully managed career imaginable.

Floyd tells the comission if his hands hurt and he gives proof for it, that's why they allow him to take injections, he doesn't wait till 90 mins before the fight to tell the commission without any proof that he needs an injection.
