Take his loss like a man. Not come off like a sourpuss claiming you won then accusing the NSAC of trying to sabotage you. Maybe I'm expecting too much from a fighter who once blamed his performance on the socks he wore.
What was Pacquiao supposed to do?

No fighter is ever 100% for a fight, and you just don't know how injuries will affect you until you enter the ring. It's part of the game. Ward schooled Froch with a fucked up arm.
While maybe Pac wasn't 100%, he was still more capable than 99% of fighters against Floyd. It's not like one of one of his arms was totally gimped. He was still capable of fighting with it. In that same night, he would have probably been able to beat every other welter even with the injury.Last edited by DoktorSleepless; 05-05-2015, 07:08 PM.Comment

Perhaps not so much Pacquiao's plan, but Bob Arum's.Comment

Exacto..........
I told y'all Floyd was overrated. He ran from a one armed Manny who was 10lbs lighter than him. It really shows his lack of killer instinct. Furthermore, Manny put on a defensive clinic and won anyway. Watch the fight without volume and in semi-slow motion. You'll see Floyd miss a lot of those jabs and right hands. On everything!Comment

If he had postponed the fight for the surgery, then he would have been out a few months and the fight would be cancelled. If you think the shitstorm surrounding this fight is bad now, what do you think would have happened if the "biggest fight of the century" was cancelled?
What were his options, really?
I'm gonna get banned for this thread but I don't care, It's an honest question.
Peace out if I don't see you guys for a while lol
as in showbizz, the show must go on...
specially a show of this magnitude....
imagine the backlash of a postponed/cancelled fight...Comment
