What was Pacquiao supposed to do?

If he had postponed the fight for the surgery, then he would have been out a few months and the fight would be cancelled. If you think the shitstorm surrounding this fight is bad now, what do you think would have happened if the "biggest fight of the century" was cancelled?

    What were his options, really?

I'm gonna get banned for this thread but I don't care, It's an honest question.

Peace out if I don't see you guys for a while lol

because the only way to repair a torn rotator cuff is through surgery

Not only does that means months of rehab, but they would need another training camp.

      The fight would have died.

I don't really care that he fought with an injury. Boxers do it all the time. But it's pretty much turned into an excuse and overshadowing the win. Roach even came out and said a healthy pac wins 100% I mean cmon. Nobody thought he was hurt during the fight. No grimacing didn't favor the shoulder. It was good enough to fight with

He did what he had to do but the Injury should have been brought to the public's attention before the fight which It wasn't and the reason It wasn't was to maximize profits. Just like any business.

All of the bad blood and animosity Is also pretty amusing now considering these two touched gloves, hugged and fondled one another more In 36 minutes than what Is seen In a **** shoot.

When Vitali Klitschko tore his rotator cuff against Chris Byrd, he quit on his stool. Pacquiao didn't even say a word until the fight was over.

vitali really got hurt, pacquiao fake an injury and used it as an excuse to why he got outclassed.

If we're honest about it, Pacquiao had no choice.

The agreement for the fight was shaky right until the last week, Moonves had to be called in to save it, a postponement probably would have killed it.
