Plenty of fighters fight with an injury that is unreported or reoccurring without getting sued.

I doubt their case will hold up in court. Even if Pacquaio made it aware to NASC, nothing states he has to let the public know, or am I wrong?

Had he disclosed the injury to NSAC properly there really wouldn't be a case for anyone. However, if NSAC sticks him with perjury, then all of the other lawsuits to follow will have legs. It's one thing to not tell anyone, it's another to sign documents that clearly say you are telling the truth under prosecution of perjury. Just saying you made a mistake by checking the wrong box may not be good enough to get him off the hook. IMO

The State of Nevada, United States of America, depends heavily in its' casino infrastructure. It is their bread and butter.

You do not mess with a states' estate.

It's like going to California and spoiling all the g****s in Napa Valley.
Or going to New York to sabotage Wall Street.
Or going to Texas and mess aroung with their oil fields.

Some are asking where the damage is. Why is Nevada suing for 5 million.

Well, since Las Vegas is a turist destination, Las Vegas can not afford to have a scandal like this again where people gamble an. the States Comission giving assurance that both competitors are at 100%. The scandal must be investigated and some heads have to roll in order to make an example.
