Yo, by the way, anyone remember Chris ringside as Klitschko was getting smacked by Brewster? He went all crazy next to Don King, funny stuff.

...Brewster said he wants to unify. He should fight the best champ out there and that would be Wlad when he gets past Byrd. Brewster would have two belts and remove all doubt if he were to beat Wlad. Whoever won that fight would be considered the best heavyweight on the planet without question. I don't remember Byrd ringside when Wlad ran out of gas against Brewster but I sure remember Byrd's wife ringside when he got his ass kicked by Wlad. Now that was a Kodak moment for sure. She was going crazy too.

actually he does have something to prove since he was the one who clearly stated he was only interested in unifying titles and not fighting bums like the one he is fighting now. i believe he even went so far as to say hed fight wlad again when he "earned" it. well if brewster doesent fight wlad next when obviously their schedules line up and a IBF/WBO title unification on the line it shows that he is AFRAID. since there is obviously no reason not to take the fight being that it would earn him so much more money and he is so so confident he could beat wlad again.

wlad has said on more than one occasion he is not interested in anymore pointless fights such as being made to fight TOS in a rematch. he will come looking for lamon brewster after he beats Byrd, but the question is will he find him???

        Nope.
Why you asking a question and then answering it for yourself?
I knew him before. Hell, I followed his professional career from its beginning on. His first pro fight was on Eurosport, night of the young heavies or something.

Yeah he was a former Thunderbox attraction....that's when I saw him get his ass reamed by Clifford "The Black Rhino" Etienne.

          Wlad v.s. Brewster 1 = Lennox Lewis v.s. Oliver McCall 1

That happened due to a knee injury.

Just like Wlad was drugged against Brewster.

He is wearing the brace still today, six years after it happened.
That's right, Brewster has not been defeated in six years.

I think Wlad is going to KO him and is getting better and better. He just had his 30th Birthday so he could be a champion for a long time with Stewards guidance.Brewster is good too but I think Wlad will take him in the rematch.

so, wlad, the challenger and not a current champ, has the ability to pick which champ he fights just like that? i seriously doubt it's that simple.

champs either pick an opponent as an optional defence or are made/choose to fight a mandatory. wladimir klitschko, after having beat a "game" samuel peter, became the mandatory for not just one but two organizations. and, i do believe, that wk has the opportunity to fight both of these fighters(byrd and brewster) within approximately 1 years time from the peter fight.

chronologically, it looks something like this:

                      - klitschko agrees to fight peter for wbo and ibf mandatory position
                      - klitschko decisions peter to gain the #1 spots.
                      - negotiations starts between both byrd and brewster(both being dkp fighters) and are probably both difficult fights to sign for as we know how king runs his business.
                      - byrd successfully drops don king as his promoter.
                      - byrd/klitschko gets signed rather quickly after king is out of the picture.

besides how complecated negotiations can become, wlad has said in 4 or 5 video interviews and interviews i've read online that he preferred brewster as the next fight after peter. so, no saying that wk is ducking brewster, or anyone else.
