Floyd wouldnt stand still......really, need better excuse
    My shoulder was hurt....prove it
Form said nothing about it.....Proven lie
so his right shoulder had nothing to do with Floyd's right tatooing his ass
Is he gonna learn to avoid Floyds right hand, is he gonna stand still for Floyd to hit?
Never mind the right hand, Pacquiao didn't even figure out Floyds jab peppering his nose all night.

I'm telling you the worst kind of legal documents are the ones with tick boxes. You could have an idiot doing the paperwork or someone really careless messing it up. In this case Koncz was clearly the idiot. Although I don't see any criminal intent since he disclosed the medication Pac was on. Whether it was an inadvertent mistake or carelessness on his part the guy accepting the signed documents should have pointed out to them the inconsistencies of their statements.

Earlier reports say the injury was disclosed to USADA in "writing". USADA denies this and maintains they were merely asked whether such substances could be used legally.

WTF ARE THESE MORONS DOING IN HIGH OFFICE???

You got USADA assenting to the legality of the queried meds and not probing why Pac was asking them for?
You got NSAC accepting a document signed by Koncz and Pac without question before the fight when it appears there was conflicting information submitted.
USADA not sharing information with NSAC about results and other matters pertaining to fighters and NSAC was fine with it?

Either these guys are grossly incompetent or there was collusion between the parties to screw Pac at fight night.

NSAC and USADA looks to me in damage control. Even threatening legal action against Pac's camp when they themselves clearly were part of the mess.

You know how I know Koncz is full of ****?

        The damn questionnaire says:

Have you had any injury to shoulder, etc etc? IF YES, EXPLAIN

If he had checked the wrong answer by mistake and meant to check yes, he would've explained the damn injury anyway. lmao

Pac's team needs a complete overhaul. Roach, Koncz, Fortune the lot.

Roach was good until the success got to his head and he started getting jealous of Ariza.

You're bitter, and it shows. Here take this

Mayweather will always be known as the better fighter

Pacquiao is now just known as a fraud who cheated the public and fans pay money, and bet on him, when he damn well knew he was injured. Spin it however you want, hes tarnished and he doesnt deserve a rematch, or to even fight at Las Vegas again for that matter.
LOL! Floyd didn't have a torn rotator cuff against Castillo hahahaha!

it's not usada job to ask why he wanna take the medication they told them if those medications was to make a positive test result that's it it was team manny job to let commission know usada was only doing drug tests not medical examines

I do believe pac doesn't fill out the forms. Koncz is likely. Pac tells them of injuries but Koncz an arm handles the rest.GREEDY. they didn't want to risk the fight being canceled.

                    Pac assumed he'd get treatment.
