Any idiot would understand that an injury would need to be examined, evaluated and then medicated. You can't ask for medication if you don't fully disclose your injury.

Some just don't seem to get that not only did Pacquiao lie to the commission, he outright lied to his fans. The same morons that are riding for him. It might have a little something to do with the fact that the form just needs to be scanned and sent via email or whatever (5 mins max), while drug testing is a little more complex. Put some thought into your questions next time to avoid embarrassment.

how long does it take for them to get a result of a urine test, a blood test taken almost two months ago?

how can they stop a fight if the test is positive if after 5 days of the fight they still have not finish the result of the test?

Bronx, they disclosed the medications pacquiao was taking, what did they think it was for? They knew he had an injury of some sort and they even said that he wasn't obligated to disclose it.
