BRAVO... long live the runner.....
Aggression can get you brownie points....if it's a tight match, can even win you the match. At the end of the day, hits get you into the win column. Floyd was hitting, ambushing, clinching , running let and right, in and out...complete but winning performance. Though boring according to most.

Wake yourself up DARN. Do not oversimplify boxing. Do not minimize what Floyd did.

Did you read the article for the thread you are posting in? Tygart the head of USADA said they were only asked about medications and had no information on what they were for.

USADA didn't know about the shoulder injury. Pacquiao and Top Rank lied.

      • This is ******ed, but just due to the level of this fight the NSAC has their hands tied on needing to look like they are doing something about this.

Guys go into fights with injuries all the time & lie or downplay it. Plus who knows the severity of those injuries & how do you prove it was THAT severe to cancel the fight. This is just a news story & nothing is gonna become of it. Manny isn't getting suspended or fined lol.

Mayweather with all his scampering and holding he left it just close enough for there to be doubt over an injury. Now they're gonna push a rematch on us and we have to listen to all this shit again.

          • Doesn't Pacquiao take those animal pack vitamins? Damn lying all over the place

            • They reported no injuries, MRIs or taking any supplement. TR is always trying to spin things, that what a lawyer does, a hired professional liar.

They will continue to spin this until they get where they want to get at. Manny talking about the situation makes you realize why they don't let him make statements.

On the medical questionnaire, Pacquiao answered "No" to the question "Have you taken any nutritional supplement or vitamin in the last month?" but he reportedly claimed after the fight that the NSAC denied him vitamins.

                From http://www.boxingscene.com/manny-pac...y-nsac--90629:

I’m so disappointed because for the first time in my boxing career, more than 20 years, they held my vitamins, they held my water (from) the dressing room. This is new.
                The smell here is rotten.

No, I'm pretty that since the Kellerman interview Pacquiao admitted to losing, and admitted that his best efforts were not enough (sources: Post fight presser, rappler interview). I think he is not trying to take this win from FMJ. He is trying to explain why he could do better next time.

But to be clear, the injury has been confirmed with an MRI and will require surgery that can put him out of action for up to a year. (Source: ESPN interview of orthopaedic surgeon)

I don't know what Pac's camp was thinking, I'd like to believe it was an honest error but I don't know. I will wait to hear more as the story unfolds.
Edit: Also, how is that worse?

How do you know that? Since the injury has been confirmed, and there is no way he had any sort of painkillers in him, he was throwing those punches through the pain if anything. Unless you believe somehow that a torn rotator cuff would not make throwing punches hurt?
Are you some sort of moron or what? The guy knew he lost the fight when he had the interview with Max Kellerman. He said Mayweather " didn't do nothing ". Then he said " I thought I won the fight ". Where the hell did he give Mayweather credit? Who are you Skip Bayless?

How do I know? He seemed to be throwing hard shots with both hands when Mayweather covered up in both round 4 and 6 which were his best rounds. It's not like he didn't throw hard shots in other rounds, but the guy didn't seem at all to me like a guy who was hurt. He seemed like a guy that was getting his ass whooped and couldn't land any punches. He could throw just fine, he just didn't land nothing.

How is it worse? You can't be this ******. It was his responsibility the fill the paper work out. He's a grown man. And if he needed help understanding what was on the form, he has the resources. Not only did he knowingly lie and not disclose the injury, he had someone else take the blame. Rather he filled the form out or not, Koncz taking the blame for it shows their team is full of idiots. How can his team, the very people held accountable for a fighter that's making 80 million dollars on a fight check the wrong box? P.S. you're an idiot as well.
