Face it the fight ****** . Manny hurt or not hurt couldn't catch Mayweather, who refused to fight for 3/4ths of the fight. It is sad today that one guy has the rules changed for him,. What i mean is who has ever heard of a guy throwing 300 punches in a fight and winning. Mayweather fought a smart fight. That is his style, as much i hate to watch that style it is very effective for him. However in a fight with two world class fighters the notion that activity wins over economy is thrown out the door with him. There are fighters who throw up to 100 punches a round. Jusat look at Santa Cruz on the undercard. Yes Cayetano had some moments of counter punching, but you didn't hear the announcers gushing on and on about his countering. It is unfortunate that we all bought into the hype. Yes Pac is to blame for some of it, but Mayweather is also to blame. Where are all his little follwers who said he will destroy Pac in 6 rounds or less. STFU i told you all before just because you think you know boxing , doesn't mean you do. Mayweather siaid it in the lead up to the fight "Money is the only thing". Everybody took the money and ran. The Canelo- Kirkland fight will make that farce look like a d*** walk in the park. Those two guys will throw leather and neither will be afraid to get hurt.
